Forty working days from the day drawings are approved and the site is ready. Approval usually takes two to three weeks before that, depending on how many rounds of changes you want.
The packages are a starting point. Remove what you do not want, add what you do, and we re-quote before anything is made. Most homes we build started as a package and ended up somewhere else.
Structural integrity of the carcass and workmanship. Hardware carries its own manufacturer warranty, typically fifteen years on the German brands we use. Wear on finishes and handling damage are not covered.
No. Every showroom listed on this site is company-owned and company-staffed. If someone offers you our work through a franchise, it is not us.
A booking amount at order, a production milestone before manufacturing begins, and the balance on handover. The exact split is on your quotation. We do not ask for cash outside the invoice.
Yes, though it is slower and dustier. Because the units are factory-built, on-site time is mostly installation, which keeps the disruption to a few days per room rather than weeks.
